Henry Williams

Managing Director

Henry established H N Williams Pty Ltd in 2002 after a 14 year career as a Partner in a large Brisbane CBD based accounting firm. As well as being a qualified Chartered Accountant, he is an experienced Company Director and has consulted to a wide range of companies and businesses.

Rose Wolf

Chartered Accountant
CA, B.Bus (Acc)

Rose became a Chartered Accountant while working with Ernst & Young Melbourne in their Business Services division where she was exposed to a broad range of issues facing small to medium size businesses and individuals. From there, Rose gained 10 years’ experience in a large Multinational US company performing various roles from Financial Analyst to Asia Pacific Accounting Manager.

Family reasons saw Rose move to Brisbane in 2005. With her range of experience, working for H N Williams means that Rose can offer her clients a broad range service that includes tax planning, full service compliance, superannuation strategies, estate planning, buying and selling business and dealing with the Tax Office. She enjoys helping her clients achieve their business objectives.

Joseph Williams

Chartered Accountant
CA, ATI, B.Bus (Acc)

Prior to joining H N Williams in 2013, Joseph worked as a senior accountant in the audit division at Grant Thornton where he gained skills in audit and financial reporting. During his time at Grant Thornton he was responsible for a number of small to mid-sized clients, including listed ASX companies, across a range of industries including:

  • Financial Services
  • Property Development
  • Aged Care
  • Mining and Resources, and
  • Not-for-profit

He also completed a short-term secondment to the Leeds office in the United Kingdom where he gained experience working with UK GAAP.

Since joining H N Williams in 2013 he has gained a broad knowledge in taxation, accounting, superannuation and tax planning. He is currently undertaking a Graduate Diploma of Taxation Law with the Taxation Institute with the aim of meeting his Tax Agent registration requirements.

Philip Rapisarda

Accountant
MIPA, NTAA, AFA, M.ProfAcc, JP (Qual)

Prior to joining H N Williams, Philip worked primarily in the building and contruction industry for 30 years. During that time, Philip had held a variety of management roles and has gained an intimate knowledge of small business management and cash flow forecasting within the building and construction industry.

Since joining H N Williams in 2008, Philip has worked primarily in the areas of accounting, taxation and business services. Philip also has a strong interest in superannuation and had built up a wealth of knowledge to assist clients with their SMSF needs and compliance.

Colleen Dwyer

Assistant Accountant
Dip Acc

Colleen joined H N Williams in 2007 after working in various financial / accounting roles in the Education and Legal sectors. She has a Diploma of Accounting and is currently studying Tax and Commercial Law in order to become a Tax Agent. Colleen assists our clients with preparation of Financial Statements, BAS, Income Tax Returns and payroll processing. She maintains our client’s Company Registers including lodgement of Statuatory Returns. Colleen has an extensive knowledge of accounting computer software including MYOB, Reckon, Xero, Sage One, Cash Books and Quick Books.

Anita Thompson

Administration / Bookkeeper / Reception

Anita joined H N Williams in 2009 after working in various financial / accounting roles in Banking. She has a Diploma of Accounting and an Associate Diploma in Business.  Anita assists our clients with preparation of BAS’s and payroll processing. She maintains our client’s Company Registers including lodgement of Statutory Returns. Anita has a broad knowledge of accounting computer software including MYOB, Reckon, Xero, Sage One, and Quick Books.

Kellie Down

Administration / Bookkeeper / Reception

Kellie joined the HN Williams admin team in 2019 and works part-time providing admin support to the Accountants and general practice .
